DABNEY SMITH | FOUNDER & CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Dabney is a Southern Belle who fell in love with being a hostess way back during her childhood tea party days. Fueled by sweet tea, she is pumped up to plan your wedding or event!

Over the years, she always jumped at the chance to plan a party! It seemed only natural for her to pivot her interior design business into the event planning arena.
​
Dabney's background in design combined with her original career as a Certified Public Accountant lends itself well to event design, planning, production & styling. It is a rarity to find a person who is both a creative force and remarkably organized with impeccable attention to detail.

Dabney believes bringing together artful design, strategic coordination, and effective communication is the magic behind a successful event. She highly values the relationships she forges with each of her clients and believes that those relationships allow her to personalize your event which is what truly elevates the ordinary!
HAYDEN SMITH | MARKETING & EVENT PRODUCER
Hayden is currently a Student Athlete attending Lee University located just outside of Chattanooga, TN. She is from Alpharetta, GA so she grew up around the Atlanta area and is familiar with the locale.

Hayden’s skill sets as a communications major make her an invaluable member of the team. From the moment Hayden took an event planning course as part of her college curriculum, she immediately knew it was a path she wanted to pursue.

Hayden has a keen eye for detail, a love of design and is naturally organized. Equally important if not even more important, Hayden’s has a true passion for people. She prides herself on being able to make real and honest connections with our clients and deliver extraordinary service! She listens to their expectations and creates a fantastic experience from start to finish.
MARYN PETERS | ADMIN & EVENT PRODUCER
Maryn is a recent bride herself and can relate firsthand to the pressures and stresses that come along with being a bride planning a wedding in the Instagram era.

She currently resides in the heart of Atlanta and works full time as a consultant.
​
While Maryn enjoys her current consulting career, her passion for entertaining and hosting friends prompted her to moonlight with event planning.
​
Her business knowledge and skills, personal experience as a bride, & willingness to jump right in with an extra pair of hands make her a valuable team member at Dabney's Designs!
